for the Mechanic Farm machine you should add some slots that are only for seeds so that item transfer pipes wouldn't take the seeds out or add a way to put filters on the item transfer pipes that takes the items out of 1 storage container to move to another so it wouldn't take the items that we don't want it to take. if you add the filter in those types of item transfer pipes also add a way to change it from blacklist to whitelist and back.
